Call History

Every call any agent in your workspace has handled — chat, browser or phone — lands in Call history in the sidebar, with the transcript, recording, and exactly what it cost, right down to which tools were called.

Reading the call list

Each row shows the agent, the caller or callee, direction, duration and outcome — Completed, Failed, No answer or In progress for a call still running — and its cost. Select a row to open Call details.

Filtering calls

Narrow the list by agent, direction, duration and outcome, or pick a date range preset — the last 7 or 14 days, last month, or a custom range. Download CSV report exports whatever the current filters return, not the whole history, so filter first if you only want one agent's calls for a given week.

Call details

Opening a row shows its full record: Numbers (from/to), timing (started, connected, ended), and four sections below.

Transcript and recording

Conversation is the turn-by-turn transcript, caller and agent lines in order. Recording gives you Play recording and Download recording for the call's audio, where one was captured — a very short call, or one that failed before it connected, may have a transcript with no recording, or neither.

Tool calls, models and cost breakdown

If the agent used any tools during the call, they are listed with a count — "N tool calls on this call" — each showing what was called and what it returned, which is the fastest way to check whether a tool actually ran the way you expected it to.

Models used names the language model, the transcription provider and the voice for this specific call — in the same public names you chose on the agent, not an internal vendor name. Cost breakdown splits the call's total cost by service, so you can see how much of a call's price was the language model versus the voice versus transcription versus the phone minute itself.
